Six Dimensions of Wellness

With our Life Coaching program we first address the PHYSICAL aspect of the Six Dimensions of Wellness.

Wellness can be described as an active process through which people become aware of, and make choices toward, a more successful existence.

Wellness in multi-dimensional.

Once we have achieved alignment in the PHYSICAL dimension, improvements are possible in the SOCIAL, INTELLECTUAL, OCCUPATIONAL, EMOTIONAL AND SPIRITUAL dimensions.

A healthy aligned body helps ALL aspects (Wellness Dimensions) of life become aligned. In essence we have a full tank in the PHYSICAL dimension which makes improvements in the other dimensions possible.

When we are aligned… life is just better all around.

Now we can focus on the other dimension.
